I picked up the sport of lacrosse my junior year in high school in a neighborhood where the sport is very uncommon. However the love of the game grew within me and my junior and senior year in high school I became a starter. As senior year approached I was picked as a captain for my team, and helped lead my team to playoffs after 25 years.
